Summer 2026 Weekend retreat

We're hosting a weekend getaway with fellow costumers! We hope you'll join us June 12 - 14 for a long weekend of socializing, relaxing, and crafting at a beautiful country location.

The cost for the weekend (Fri-Sun) is $300. You can save your spot with a $50 deposit and pay the balance later, or pay the whole balance at once. You can also add additional days (Thursday is popular with our group) for an additional $30. If you'd prefer to day trip on Saturday, that option is $60.

There is limited space at this retreat, so make sure to purchase your ticket early to ensure your spot! Please make sure to include 'DFW Costumers Guild' as the group name on the form.

Room and board for Fri-Sun are included in the price of your ticket. Please note: bedrooms will need to be shared (multiple beds to a room.) Meals are buffet style and are cooked on-site by staff.

There will be a coffee maker, a kettle, an ice maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave available as well if you prefer to bring your own food and drinks. There are always leftovers available, too!

The hands-on portion of our event will take place in a large activity space that includes your own personal table and ample electrical outlets. There is a large cutting table, wall-mounted pin boards, and an iron with ironing board in the room.

Don't forget to bring your swimwear so you can take a dip in the pool or soak away your troubles in the hot tub!
